Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer $10.00 flat rate standard shipping* to all 50 states within the US including PO Boxes as well as APOs/FPOs and US territories. Please note this does not include orders shipped to Canada.
Estimated delivery times are based on business days which are considered Monday-Friday and do not include holidays.
*Please note that this rate is only applicable to web items. Custom shipping rates will apply to over-sized items or bulk apparel orders.
Domestic Processing Times
Standard Orders
For standard shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, our team will work to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 2-4 business days. Standard delivery should take an estimated 3 to 5 additional business days after pickup from our location.
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always call us directly (865-801-0992) for help in choosing the best shipping method to receive it on time! We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Customization Orders

Standard delivery should take an estimated 3 to 5 additional business days after pickup from our location. Custom Apparel orders may require additional time.

We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Bulk apparel orders may incur additional shipping cost. We will reach out if necessary to discuss before completing the order.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you should receive an email notification with your tracking number.

- Standard delivery refers to carrier transit time and does not include our 2–4 business day processing window.
- Delivery estimates may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
- Once a package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. Please refer to your tracking link for updates.
Pick Up In-Store
Standard Orders
We need 1 business day to process and complete your order, but don't worry! You'll receive an email notification as soon as it's ready to go home with you!
Customization Orders
Customization and personalized orders such engravings, t-shirt orders and hats take 7-10 business days to process and complete your order, but don't worry! You'll receive a personal phone call as soon as it's ready to go home with you!
If you need to make any changes to your order, please give us a ring (865-801-0992) as soon as possible. Making a change may delay when your order is ready for pickup, but it's our goal to make things right as soon as possible!
